Melzer & Berge GmbHAllgemeine Angaben Der Jahresabschluss der Panic GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuchs aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten. Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft. Bei der Bilanzierung und Bewertung wurde von der Fortführung des Unternehmens ausgegangen. Weder rechtliche noch tatsächliche Gründe standen dem entgegen. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Das Anlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände linear vorgenommen. Bewegliche abnutzbare Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens mit Anschaffungskosten zwischen € 150,00 und € 1.000,00 werden wurden im Jahr des Zugangs analog § 6 Abs. 2 EStG in den Sammelposten eingestellt. Forderungen wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet. Das gezeichnete Kapital ist zum Nennbetrag angesetzt. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlich-keiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt. Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. Angaben zur Bilanz Zum Bilanzstichtag bestanden Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern i.H.v. € 13.655,05 (Vj. € 595,00). Sonstige Angaben Geschäftsführungsorgane: Im Berichtszeitraum waren zu Geschäftsführern bestellt: Herrn Marcus Trojan, Dresdener Straße 109, 10179 Berlin, Herr Sascha Kramer, Pestalozzistraße 10, 10625 Berlin.
