ANHANGAllgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss Die Gliederung der Bilanz sowie der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung entspricht den Bestimmungen der §§ 266 und 275 HGB. Die Bilanz ist in Kontoform, Gewinn und Verlustrechnung in Staffelform nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt. Die Gesellschaft gilt nach den Größenklassenkriterien des § 267 a HGB als "kleine Kapitalgesellschaft". Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden I. Bilanzierungsmethoden 1. Im Jahresabschluss sind sämtliche Vermögensgegenstände, Schulden, Aufwendungen und Erträge enthalten, soweit gesetzlich nichts anderes bestimmt ist. 2. Die Bilanzierungsverbote nach §§ 248 Abs. 1 und Abs. 2 HGB wurden beachtet. 3. Rückstellungen sind nur im Rahmen des § 249 Abs. 1 HGB gebildet. Die Auflösung der Rückstellungen erfolgte nach bestimmungsgemäßem Verbrauch. II. Bewertungsmethoden 1. Die Wertansätze der Eröffnungsbilanz des Geschäftsjahres stimmen mit denen der Schlussbilanz des vorhergehenden Geschäftsjahres überein. 2. Bei der Bewertung wird von Fortführung der Unternehmenstätigkeit ausgegangen. Dem stehen weder tatsächliche noch rechtliche Gründe entgegen. 3. Die Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens sind mit den Anschaffungskosten vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen angesetzt. Grundlage der planmäßigen Abschreibung ist die voraussichtliche Nutzungsdauer des jeweiligen Vermögensgegenstandes. Es wurde von der linearen Abschreibung Gebrauch gemacht. 4. Das gezeichnete Kapital ist zum Nennbetrag angesetzt. 5. Die Bemessung der Rückstellung wurde nach Grundsätzen vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung vorgenommen. 6. Der Ausweis der Verbindlichkeiten erfolgt mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag. Angaben zu Bilanzposten In den sonstigen Forderungen sind Forderungen gegen Gesellschafter i.H. von € 0,00 / im Vorjahr € 51.658,10 enthalten. Diese haben eine Laufzeit bis zu einem Jahr. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung gebildet und mit den danach erforderlichen Beträgen angesetzt. In den Verbindlichkeiten sind Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Unternehmen mit denen ein Beteiligungsverhältnis besteht in Höhe von € 15.000,00 / im Vorjahr € 15.000,00 enthalten. sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen keine sonstige Angaben Mitarbeiter Es waren im Geschäftsjahr im Durchschnitt 2Mitarbeiter angestellt. Geschäftsführer Außer dem Geschäftsführer waren im Berichtsjahr keine weiteren Organe bestellt. Im Berichtsjahr wurden die Geschäfte der Gesellschaft von Herrn Mykhailo Ruban geführt.
