Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2010I. Allgemeine AngabenDer Jahresabschluss der dean&david M Sebastiansplatz GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden des Handelsgesetzbuches und weiterer gesetzlicher Vorschriften aufgestellt. Die dean&david M Sebastiansplatz GmbH weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen GmbH (§ 267 Abs. 1 HGB) auf. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung der dean&david M Sebastiansplatz GmbH wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt. II. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und BewertungsmethodenDie Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden wurden im wesentlichen an den ertragsteuerlichen Vorschriften ausgerichtet. Im einzelnen wurden folgende Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden angewendet: Die Zugänge zum Sachanlagevermögen wurden zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten, vermindert um lineare Abschreibungen angesetzt. Die Berechnung der Nutzungsdauer erfolgte in Anlehnung an die amtlichen AfA-Tabellen nach steuerlichen Grundsätzen. Die nach § 7 Abs. 2 EStG bestehende Möglichkeit der degressiven Abschreibung wurde nicht genutzt. Von dem Bewertungswahlrecht nach § 6 Abs. 2 EStG wurde Gebrauch gemacht, d. h. die geringwertigen Wirtschaftsgüter mit Anschaffungskosten zwischen € 150,00 und € 410,00 wurden im Zugangsjahr voll abgeschrieben. Der aus dem Geschäftsjahr 2009 stammende Sammelposten gemäß § 6 Abs. 2a EStG für Vermögensgegenstände mit Anschaffungskosten über € 150,00 und bis zu € 1.000,00 netto wurde in die Handelsbilanz übernommen; der Sammelposten wird über fünf Jahre aufgelöst. Die Bewertung der Vorräte erfolgt zu Anschaffungskosten. Soweit der beizulegende Wert am Bilanzstichtag niedriger liegt, wird dieser angesetzt. Die Forderungen und die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind zu Anschaffungskosten, erforderlichenfalls zum niedrigeren beizuliegenden Wert angesetzt. Der Kassenbestand und Bankguthaben sind zum Nominalwert angesetzt. Das Stammkapital beträgt € 25.000,00; es ist in voller Höhe eingezahlt. Die Höhe des Stammkapitals stimmt mit der Eintragung im Handelsregister (€ 25.000,00) überein. Die Steuerrückstellungen und die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten am Bilanzstichtag. Sie sind in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Erwägung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind zu ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. III. Angaben zur BilanzDie Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens wird im Anlagespiegel dargestellt. Die Forderungen gegenüber Gesellschaftern betragen am Bilanzstichtag € 0,00. Die Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern betragen insgesamt € 49.424,90. Darin enthalten sind Darlehen in Höhe von € 39.000,00. Der Gesamtbetrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als fünf Jahren beträgt € 0,00. IV. Erläuterungen zur Gewinn- und VerlustrechnungDie Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung der dean&david M Sebastiansplatz GmbH wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt. V. Sonstige PflichtangabenAlleiniger Geschäftsführer der dean&david M Sebastiansplatz GmbH ist seit Errichtung der Gesellschaft (26.06.2008) Herr David Baumgartner, Kaufmann. Er ist stets einzelvertretungsberechtigt und von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit.
