AnhangAllgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss, zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Die Gesellschaft weist die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft gemäß § 267 (1) HGB auf. Der Jahresabschluss 2014 wurde auf der Grundlage der gesetzlichen Vorschriften erstellt. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt. Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden wurden durchweg an den ertragsteuerlichen Vorschriften ausgerichtet. Das Anlagevermögen wurde linear und degressiv (Nutzungsdauer 5 bis 10 Jahre) entsprechend der nach steuerlichen Grundsätzen ermittelten Nutzungsdauer abgeschrieben. Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter werden im Zugangsjahr in voller Höhe abgeschrieben. Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet. Allen am Bilanzstichtag bestehenden Risiken, soweit sie bis zur Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses erkennbar waren, ist durch Bildung ausreichender Rückstellungen und Wertberichtigungen Rechnung getragen worden. Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz Die Rückstellungen setzen sich wie folgt zusammen:
Gegenüber dem Gesellschafter besteht eine Forderung in Höhe von € 230.000,00. Sonstige Angaben Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahres wurde die Geschäftsführung durch Herrn Dr. Martin Bauer wahrgenommen. Der Geschäftsführer ist von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit.
