AnhangI. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss Der Jahresabschluss zum 31.12.2011 ist nach den deutschen handelsrechtlichen Vorschriften aufgestellt. Von den Schutz- und Erleichterungsvorschriften des § 288 HGB i. V. m. § 267 Abs. 1 HGB wurde Gebrauch gemacht.
II. Angewandte Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Die Bewertung erfolgte unter dem Aspekt der Fortführung der Unternehmenstätigkeit. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gegliedert.
1. Finanzanlagen Die Bewertung erfolgt zu Anschaffungskosten.
2. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände Die Bewertung erfolgte zum Nennwert.
3. Rückstellungen Die Rückstellungen sind in Höhe des Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung erforderlich ist.
III. Sonstige Angaben 1. Persönlich haftende Gesellschafterin Die Gesellschaft ist Komplementärin ohne Einlage der Viking Telecom Business Services Deutschland GmbH & Co. KG mit Sitz in Flintbek.
