Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2007Small Business IT Solution GmbH1. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss Die Small Business IT Solution GmbH (nachfolgend auch "Gesellschaft") ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft i. s. d. § 267HGB. Sie wendet in der Bilanz sowie in der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung die wesentlichen Ansatz- und Ausweis und Bewertungsmethoden für große Kapitalgesellschaften freiwillig an. Bei der Aufstellung dieses Anhangs macht die Gesellschaft von den für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften gesetzlich vorgesehen Erleichterungen Gebrauch. 2. Angaben zu den Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden sind gegenüber dem Vorjahr im Wesentlichen unverändert geblieben. Erworbene immaterielle Vermögensgegenständen des Anlagevermögens sind mit den Anschaffungswerten vermindert um planmäßige, lineare Abschreibungen angesetzt. Das Sachanlagenvermögen ist bewertet mit den fortgeführten Anschaffungs- und Herstellungskosten. Für abnutzbare Vermögensgenstände wurden planmäßige, lineare Abschreibungen verrechnet. Bewegliche, abnutzbare Wirtschaftsgüter des Anlagevermögens, die einer selbstständigen Nutzung zugänglich sind und deren Anschaffungskosten nicht mehr als 410 EUR betragen, werden im Jahr des Zugangs in voller Höhe abgeschrieben (Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter gemäß § 6 Abs. 2 EStG). Die Bewertung des Vorratsvermögens erfolgt zu Anschaffungskosten unter Beachtung des strengen Niederstwertprinzips. Die Steuerrückstellungen und die Sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen sämtliche erkennbare Risiken und sind nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung in Höhe der voraussichtlicher Inanspruchnahme gebildet. Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. 3. Angaben zur Bilanz Im Bilanzgewinn ist ein Gewinnvortrag von 14.412,51.€ enthalten. 4. Angaben zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung {...} 5. Sonstige Angaben Zu einzelvertretungsberechtigten Geschäftsführern waren am Bilanzstichtag bestellt: Jens Volkmer Daniel Schwarz Die Geschäftsführer sind von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit. Die Geschäftsführung schlägt der Gesellschafterversammlung vor, den Jahresüberschuss 2007 mit den bestehenden Gewinnvorträgen zu verrechnen.
