Anhang zum 31.12.20141. Allgemeine Angaben und Erläuterungen zum Jahresabschluss a) Gliederung Der Jahresabschluss der Firma Collrep GmbH wurde nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches unter Beachtung des Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetz (BilMoG) und des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt. Die Gliederung der veröffentlichten Bilanz erfolgt nach den handelsrechtlichen Vorschriften für sog. kleine Kapitalgesellschaften (§§ 266, 267 HGB). Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren (§§ 275 Abs. 2, 276 HGB) für sog. kleine Kapitalgesellschaften gegliedert. Als kleine Kapitalgesellschaft nimmt die Gesellschaft die im Gesetz vorgesehenen Erleichterungen bei der Erstellung und Veröffentlichung in Anspruch. b) Bilanzierung und Bewertung Anlagevermögen Die Zugänge sind mit den Anschaffungskosten aktiviert. Die Abschreibungen erfolgen planmäßig zum Teil linear, zum Teil degressiv und entsprechen den steuerlich zulässigen Abschreibungen. Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter wurden bis 2007 und werden im Kalenderjahr 2010 im Jahr des Zugangs voll abgeschrieben. Für diese Jahre sind im Anlagespiegel die Zugänge zugleich in den Abgängen des Geschäftsjahres enthalten. In den Kalenderjahren 2008 und 2009 wurden die geringwertigen Wirtschaftsgüter mit Anschaffungskosten über EUR 150 bis EUR 1.000 als Sammelposten ausgewiesen, der auf fünf Jahre abgeschrieben wird. Forderungen Die Bewertung der Forderungen erfolgt zum Nominalwert. Soweit erforderlich, werden Einzelwertberichtigungen gebildet. Die aktiven Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten sind in Höhe der abzugrenzenden Beträge angesetzt. Rückstellungen Rückstellungen für ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten sind entsprechend dem voraussichtlichen Bedarf gebildet. Sie berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren und ungewissen Verpflichtungen. Verbindlichkeiten Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag passiviert. 2. Spezielle Angaben und Erläuterungen zur Bilanz In den Finanzanlagen sind Forderungen an Gesellschafter von EUR 500.000,00 enthalten. Sie werden mit 1 % verzinst. In den Forderungen sind Forderungen gegenüber dem Gesellschafter in Höhe von EUR 3.868,28 enthalten. Sie stammen aus dem Verrechnungsverkehr und werden mit 2,5 % verzinst Der Gesamtbetrag der Verbindlichkeiten setzt sich wie folgt zusammen:
3. Sonstige Angaben Geschäftsführer der Collrep GmbH ist seit Gründung Herr Thomas Collrep. Die Gesellschaft ist im Wege der Sachgründung durch Einbringung des Einzelunternehmens Thomas Collrep zum 1. Juli 1994 entstanden. Der Jahresabschluss wurde am 24. Februar 2016 von dem Gesellschafter festgestellt.
