ANHANGBilanzanhang Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluß Der Jahresabschluß ist nach den geltenden Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Soweit Wahlrechte für Angaben in der Bilanz oder im Anhang ausgeübt werden können, wurde der Vermerk in der Bilanz gewählt. Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt. Nach den in § 267 HGB festgelegten Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft. Ansonsten erübrigen sich allgemeine Angaben nach den §§ 264 und 265 HBG. Angaben zu den Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände und, soweit nach den steuerlichen Vorschriften zulässig, teils degressiv vorgenommen. Der Übergang von der degressiven zur linearen Abschreibung erfolgt in den Fällen, in denen dies zu einer höheren Jahresabschreibung führt. Von der Möglichkeit steuerliche Sonderabschreibungen auf Sachanlagen vorzunehmen, wurde kein Gebrauch gemacht. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet. Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. Eine Berichtserstattungspflicht über nicht in der Bilanz ausgewiesenen Verpflichtungen und über die Anzahl der Beschäftigten besteht als kleine Gesellschaft i.S.d. HGB nicht. Geschäftsführer der Gesellschaft ist Herr Thomas Brennessel.
