Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss
Angaben zur Vermittlung eines besseren Einblicks in die Vermögens-, Finanz- und Ertragslage Die nachfolgenden, zusätzlichen Angaben sind bei der Beurteilung der wirtschaftlichen Lage zu beachten: Die Gesellschaft hat mit der F.D. Consulting, Israel, als Gläubiger im Jahr 2018 ein Forderungsverzicht mit Besserungsschein für Provisionsforderungen in Höhe von 126.095,00 EUR und im Jahr 2019 in Höhe von 74.114,00 EUR vereinbart. Die Forderungen sollen dann und insoweit wieder aufleben, wie ihre Erfüllung durch die Gesellschaft als Schuldner aus künftigen Gewinnen oder aus ihrem sonstigen, die Schulden übersteigenden Vermögen möglich ist, jedoch unter Erhalt des Stammkapitals. In den Jahresabschlüssen 2018 und 2019 wurden aufgrund des Forderungsverzichts mit Besserungschein insgesamt 200.209,00 EUR als sonstiger betrieblicher Ertrag berücksichtigt, die bei Bedingungseintritt zum Wiederaufleben der Forderung führt. Zum 31.12.2021 wurden 48.129,70 EUR wieder "aufleben" lassen und als sonstiger betrieblicher Aufwand berücksichtigt. Zum 31.12.2022 erfolgte mangels Vorliegen der Voraussetzungen kein weiteres "Aufleben". Der Forderungsverzicht mit Besserungsschein beträgt damit zum 31.12.2022 noch insgesamt 152.079,30 EUR (Vj. 152.079,30 EUR). Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze Erworbene immaterielle Anlagewerte wurden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und, sofern sie der Abnutzung unterlagen, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände linear vorgenommen. Die Vorräte wurden zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt. Sofern die Tageswerte am Bilanzstichtag niedriger waren, wurden diese angesetzt. Forderungen und Wertpapiere wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet. Die Steuerrückstellungen beinhalten die das Geschäftsjahr betreffenden, noch nicht veranlagten Steuern. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt. Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Gegenüber dem Vorjahr abweichende Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Beim Jahresabschluss konnten die bisher angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden im Wesentlichen übernommen werden. Ein grundlegender Wechsel von Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden gegenüber dem Vorjahr fand nicht statt. Angaben zur Bilanz Betrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit > 5 Jahre und der Sicherungsrechte Der Gesamtbetrag der bilanzierten Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als 5 Jahren beträgt 0,00 EUR (Vorjahr: 0,00 EUR).
