Anhangfür das Geschäftsjahr 2023
1.Rechnungslegungsgrundsätze
Der Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2023 wurde unter
Anwendung der Vorschriften des HGB (§§ 238 ff.
HGB) unter Beachtung der ergänzenden Vorschriften
für Kapitalgesellschaften (§§ 264 ff. HGB)
und des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt. Als kleine
Kapitalgesellschaft i.S. von § 267 Abs. 1 HGB hat die
DE HUA GmbH für den Jahresabschluss die
größenabhängigen Erleichterungen des §
288 Satz 1 HGB in Anspruch genommen. Ein Lagebericht war
nicht zu erstellen.
2.Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden
Die Bewertung des Sachanlagevermögens erfolgte zu
den Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige
Abschreibungen. Es kommt die lineare Abschreibungsmethode
zur Anwendung. Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter werden
gemäß § 6 Abs. 2 EStG im Jahre der
Anschaffung in voller Höhe abgeschrieben.
Die Forderungen und sonstige
Vermögensgegenstände werden zum Nennwert
bilanziert.
Die Rückstellungen werden mit dem nach
vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung
notwendigen Betrag angesetzt. Die Ansätze der
Verbindlichkeiten erfolgten zum Rückzahlungsbetrag.
3.Erläuterungen zur Bilanz- und Gewinn- und
Verlustrechnung
Bezüglich der Angaben zum Anlagevermögen wird
auf den Anlagenspiegel (Entwicklung des
Anlagevermögens) verwiesen.
Die aktiven Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten enthalten
insbesondere Vorauszahlungen auf das Kalenderjahr 2024
entfallende Anteile von den Ausstellungskosten.
Der Bilanzgewinn in Höhe von EUR 46.798,50 wird auf
neue Rechnung vorgetragen.
4.Sonstige Angaben
Als Geschäftsführer der Gesellschaft war im
Wirtschaftsjahr Herr Guoqiang Shen,Kaufmann, bestellt. Er
ist alleinvertretungsberechtigt und von den
einschränkenden Bestimmungen des § 181 BGB
befreit.

Der vorstehende Jahresabschluss wurde von uns aufgrund
der uns vorgelegten Bücher und Bestandsnachweise sowie
der erteilten Auskünfte der Firma DEHUA GmbH, Hamburg,
erstellt. Die Prüfung der Buchführung,der
Unterlagen und der Wertansätze war nicht Gegenstand
unseres Auftrages.
