AnhangI. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf. Von den größenabhängigen Erleichterungen nach § 288 HGB wurde Gebrauch gemacht. Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss ist grundsätzlich unter Beibehaltung der für den Vorjahresabschluss angewendeten Gliederungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze nach den für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften geltenden Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt (§§ 265 I 2, 266 ff. HGB). Mit Eintragung vom 23.07.2015 in das Handelsregister (HRB Nummer 187806) wurde mit der Muttergesellschaft TeleSon AG ein erstmals für das Jahr 2015 gültiger Beherrschungs- und Ergebnisabführungsvertrag geschlossen. II. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Die Bewertung erfolgte unter der Prämisse der Unternehmensfortführung. Die immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände werden zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um lineare Abschreibungen bei einer betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer von bis zu drei Jahren bewertet. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden zum Nominalwert angesetzt. Den in den Forderungen enthaltenen Risiken wird durch Bildung angemessen dotierter Einzelwertberichtigungen Rechnung getragen. Sonstigen Ausfallwagnissen wurde mittels Pauschalwertberichtigung in Höhe von T€ 5 auf den Forderungsbestand Rechnung getragen. Flüssige Mittel werden zu Nominalwerten angesetzt (§ 253 I HGB). Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen und sind mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag bewertet. Rückstellungen mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr werden mit dem ihrer Restlaufzeit entsprechenden durchschnittlichen Marktzinssatz der vergangenen sieben Geschäftsjahr abgezinst (§ 253 II 1 HGB). Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag bewertet. III. Angaben zur Bilanz Das Eigenkapital wurde unter Verwendung des Jahresergebnisses als "Gezeichnetes Kapital", "Kapitalrücklage" und "Bilanzgewinn" ausgewiesen. Im Bilanzgewinn ist ein Gewinnvortrag i.H.v. T€ 134 enthalten. Die Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Laufzeit bis zu einem Jahr. Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände beinhalten Forderungen gegenüber Gesellschafter in Höhe von T€ 923. Zum Abschlussstichtag bestanden keine Haftungsverhältnisse. IV. Sonstige Angaben Zum Geschäftsführer war im Geschäftsjahr 2015 bestellt: Dr. Helmut Schmidt, Diplom-Informatiker, Vorstand TeleSon AG, Mering Ist nur ein Geschäftsführer bestellt, so vertritt dieser die Gesellschaft allein. Der Geschäftsführer ist von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB als Vertreter Dritter befreit.
