Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2018der ACC Medical Service GmbHsonstige BerichtsbestandteileAllgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss Der Jahresabschluss der ACC Medical Service GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuchs aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten. Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft gemäß § 267 HGB auf. Angaben zu den Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Der Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2018 wurde auf der Grundlage der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Dritten Buches des HGB aufgestellt. Die Forderungen und die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden ausgehend vom Nennwert, unter Abzug gebotener Wertberichtigungen angesetzt. Der Kassenbestand und die Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten wurden zum Nominalwert angesetzt. Das gezeichnete Kapital wurde zum Nennbetrag angesetzt. Rückstellungen für ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten wurden nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung gebildet und unter Beachtung aller erkennbaren Risiken angesetzt. Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag passiviert. Angaben zur Bilanz Der Bilanzverlust entwickelte sich wie folgt:
Die Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern betragen Euro 794,07 (Vorjahr Euro 794,07) und sind unter den sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten ausgewiesen. Angaben zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt. Sonstige Angaben Im Geschäftsjahr 2018 erfolgte die Geschäftsführung der Gesellschaft durch Herrn Sevki Celen, 60486 Frankfurt Der Geschäftsführer ist zur alleinigen Vertretung berechtigt und von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit.
