Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss
Der Jahresabschluss wurde nach dem Grundsatz der Fortführung der Unternehmenstätigkeit aufgestellt. Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind mit dem Nennwert oder dem niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert angesetzt und haben eine Restlaufzeit von weniger als einem Jahr. Die Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten werden mit dem Nominalwert bewertet. Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen. Daneben wurden die Aufwendungen für die Auflösung der Gesellschaft im Rahmen der Rückstellungsbildung berücksichtigt. Der Ansatz erfolgt in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages. Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Diese Verbindlichkeiten sind nicht besichert. Sonstige Angaben Die Gesellschaft wird in keinen Konzernabschluss einbezogen. Die Investmentperiode der Armira-II-Struktur endete am 31.07.2023, nachdem im Laufe von 2023 drei weitere Transaktionen erfolgreich abgeschlossen wurden. Damit ist Armira II nahezu ausfinanziert.
