Anhang zum Jahresabschluss 2010Bilanzierungs- und BewertungsmethodenDer Jahresabschluss der FDM Service GmbH, Bonn, zum 31.12.2010 wurde auf der Grundlage der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten. Das abnutzbare Anlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungskosten abzüglich Abschreibung bewertet. Die Forderungen sind mit ihrem Nennbetrag angesetzt. Die Rückstellungen sind so bemessen, dass sie allen bis zum Zeitpunkt der Bilanzaufstellung erkennbaren Risiken Rechnung tragen. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Angaben zur BilanzAnlagevermögen Die Abschreibungen des Geschäftsjahres betrugen T€ 0,2. Angaben nach § 42 Abs. 3 GmbHG Gegenüber dem Gesellschafter bestehen zum Bilanzstichtag Verbindlichkeiten in Höhe von € 12.497,25. Forderungen und Verbindlichkeiten Sämtliche Forderungen und Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit von weniger als einem Jahr. Sonstige AngabenMitglieder der Unternehmensorgane Alleiniger Geschäftsführer ist Herr Rechtsanwalt Kurt Radermacher.
