AnhangDie Dechant Bau GmbH ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft und macht von den Erleichterungen des HGB für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften Gebrauch. Die Bilanz ist nach § 266 HGB und die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist nach § 275 HGB gegliedert. Über die einzelnen im Berichtsjahr bebuchten Konten ist im Anschluss an den Jahresabschluss ein Kontennachweis beigefügt, in dem alle Konten angegeben sind. Es wurden als teilfertige Arbeiten die noch nicht abgerechneten Herstellungskosten der Gebäude zu Anschaffungskosten aktiviert. Das Anlagevermögen ist mit den Anschaffungskosten bewertet, die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden berücksichtigt. Die im Geschäftsjahr angeschafften geringwertigen Wirtschaftsgüter wurden entsprechend § 6 Abs. 2a EStG behandelt. Im Berichtsjahr waren durchschnittlich 44 Arbeitnehmer beschäftigt. Geschäftsführer sind Herr Ferdinand Dechant Herr Klemens Dechant sonstige BerichtsbestandteileUnterzeichner des JAhresabschlusses sind Klemens Dechnat und Ferdinand Dechnt Angaben zur Feststellung: Der Jahresabschluss wurde am 23.06.2025 festgestellt. |
