ANHANGI. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Bei der Bilanzierung und Bewertung sind die Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften angewandt worden. Bei der Aufstellung des Anhangs wurden die für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften gemäß § 288 Satz 1 HGB vorgesehenen größenabhängigen Erleichterungen in Anspruch genommen. Die angewandten Bilanzierungs-, Bewertungs-, und Abschreibungsmethoden berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken. II. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz Anlagevermögen Die Sachanlagen werden zu Anschaffungs- und Herstellungskosten, vermindert um die planmäßige, nutzungsbedingte Abschreibung bewertet. Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde, soweit steuerlich möglich, mit den zulässigen Höchstsätzen degressiv abgeschrieben. Auf die lineare Abschreibung wurde übergegangen, sobald diese zu höheren Abschreibungen führte. Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter wurden im Jahr der Anschaffung voll abgeschrieben als Abgang behandelt. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind zu Nominalwerten angesetzt. Eigenkapital Das Euro 25.000,00 betragende Stammkapital ist voller Höhe eingezahlt. Verbindlichkeiten Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihren Rückzahlungsbeträgen passiviert. Valutaverbindlichkeiten bestanden bis zum Abschlußstichtag nicht. Die Restlaufzeit der Verbindlichkeiten liegen unter einem Jahr. III. Sonstige Angaben Der Jahresüberschuß des Jahres 2010 soll zusammen mit dem Jahresfehlbetrag des Vorjahres auf neue Rechnung vorgetragen werden.
