AnhangI. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss wurde gemäß §§ 242 ff. und §§ 264 ff. HGB sowie nach den einschlägigen Vorschriften des GmbHG und der Satzung aufgestellt. Es gelten die Vorschriften für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften. Für die Aufstellung der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wird das Gesamtkostenverfahren gemäß § 275 Abs. 2 HGB angewendet. II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Das Sachanlagevermögen ist zu Anschaffungskosten- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und wird, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen auf der Grundlage steuerlich anerkannter Höchstsätze vermindert. Die im Berichtsjahr zugegangenen geringwertigen Wirtschaftsgüter bis zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten für das einzelne Wirtschaftsgut bis zu 150,00 € wurden in voller Höhe als Betriebsausgaben abgesetzt, § 6 Absatz 2 EStG. Für die im Berichtsjahr zugegangenen abnutzbaren beweglichen Wirtschaftsgüter des Anlagevermögens mit Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten von mehr als 150,00 €, aber nicht mehr als 410,00 € wurde steuerrechtlich die Sofortabschreibung angewandt, § 6 Absatz 2a EStG. Die Abschreibungen auf Zugänge des Sachanlagevermögens erfolgen grundsätzlich zeitanteilig. Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nominalwert bilanziert. Die Bewertung der liquiden Mittel erfolgt zum Nennwert. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Rückzahlungsbetrag passiviert. III. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz Die Restlaufzeiten der Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen betragen weniger als ein Jahr. Das Stammkapital ist zum Stichtag voll eingezahlt. Der Jahresüberschuss von 22.620,90 € wird nach Verrechnung mit dem um die offenen Gewinnausschüttungen geminderten Gewinnvortrag auf neue Rechnung vorgetragen. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen enthalten unter anderem die Rückstellungen für Gewährleistungen sowie die Kosten für die Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses und der Steuererklärungen 2010. IV. Sonstige Angaben Die Geschäftsführung und Vertretung der Neteligent GmbH Management- und Technologieberatung hat sich in 2010 gemäß den Angaben unter den rechtlichen Verhältnissen (Geschäftsführung) nicht verändert.
