Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2007Skedeon GmbH i. L.I. Allgemeine Angaben Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss ist nach den Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches und des GmbHG aufgestellt. Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt. II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze 1. Ausstehende Einlagen Die ausstehenden Einlagen sind mit dem Nennbetrag angesetzt. 2. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind mit ihrem Nominalwert bzw. ihrem Barwert angesetzt. 3. Eigenkapital Das Eigenkapital entspricht dem Stammkapital laut Gesellschaftsvertrag sowie der Handelsregistereintragung. 4. Rückstellungen Die sonstigen Rückstellungen sind für erkennbare Risiken und ungewisse Verpflichtungen nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung gebildet worden. 5. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz Das gekennzeichnete Kapital beträgt € 25.000,00. III. Sonstige Angaben Die Gesellschaft wurde mit Beschluss vom 23.11.2007 aufgelöst. Liquidator ist: Herr Klaus Kober
