HGB) wurden in Anspruch genommen. Auf die Aufstellung eines
Lageberichts wurde verzichtet.
Die in der Bilanz ausgewiesenen Wirtschaftsgüter
des Sachanlagevermögens wurden mit den
Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um lineare Abschreibungen,
angesetzt.
Sämtliche Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Laufzeit von weniger als 5 Jahren. Geschäftsführer waren im Geschäftsjahr
2023 Frau Katrin Johannsen und Herr Marco Johannsen,
Düsseldorf. Sie sind von den Beschränkungen des
§ 181 BGB befreit.
