Anhang
A. Allgemeine Angaben und Erläuterungen
Der Jahresabschluss der Gesellschaft ist nach
den
Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches
(HGB) aufgestellt.
Bei der Aufstellung der Bilanz und der Gewinn- und
Verlustrechnung wurden die
Gliederungsvorschriften der §§ 266
und 275 Absatz 2 HGB angewendet.
Die Firma der Gesellschaft wurde mit Änderung
der Satzung vom 18. Dezember 2009 von was GmbH 25 in
Workplace Solutions GmbH geändert.
B. Erläuterungen der Bilanz
I. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden
Die
Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden sind an den
ertragsteuerlichen Vorschriften ausgerichtet worden.
Forderungen und sonstige
Vermögensgegenstände werden zu
Anschaffungskosten oder niedrigeren Tageswerten angesetzt.
Mögliche Ausfallrisiken sind durch angemessene
Wertberichtigungen berücksichtigt.
Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten sind mit den
Nominalwerten angesetzt.
Verbindlichkeiten werden gemäß
§ 253 Abs. 1 Satz 2 HGB zum
Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. Sofern die Tageswerte
über den Rückzahlungsbeträgen liegen, werden
die Verbindlichkeiten zum höheren Tageswert angesetzt.
C.
Ergänzende Angaben
Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahres
wurde die Geschäftsführung von Frau Petra Haas
(abberufen am 18.12.2009), Frau Claudia Bastow und Herr
Axel Praus wahrgenommen.
