ANHANGGem. § 267 HGB ist die Gesellschaft als "Kleine Kapitalgesellschaft" einzustufen. Die Gliederung des Jahresabschlusses entspricht den Vorschriften des HGB unter besonderer Beachtung der §§ 266 und 275 HGB. Das Anlagevermögen ist in einem Bestandnachweis ordnungsgemäß entwickelt. Die Gesellschaft bilanziert - soweit zulässig - unter Beachtung der steuerlichen Ansatzvorschriften. Sie hat die Bilanzierungsmethode gegenüber dem Vorjahr nicht geändert. Die geltenden handelsrechtlichen Bewertungsvorschriften wurden unter Berücksichtigung der Unternehmenstätigkeit beachtet. Die Gesellschaft nimmt steuerliche Bewertungswahlrechte wahr und übernimmt diese, soweit zulässig, in ihre Handelsbilanz. Die auf den vorhergehenden Jahresabschluss angewandten Bewertungsmethoden wurden beibehalten. Die Gesellschaft ist bilanziell überschuldet. Es wurden jedoch ausreichende Gesellschafterdarlehen gewährt, für die der Rangrücktritt erklärt wurde und somit Eigenkapitalersatz gegeben ist. Im Sinne des Insolvenzrechts sind damit keine Handlungen notwendig. Von den ausgewiesenen Verbindlichkeiten entfallen 82 T€ auf Darlehen Gesellschafter. Allen am Bilanzstichtag bestehenden Risiken, soweit sie bis zur Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses erkennbar waren, ist durch die Bildung ausreichender Rückstellungen und Wertberichtigungen, Rechnung getragen. Die Forderungen sind mit ihrem Nennbetrag angesetzt. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. Geschäftsführer waren im Berichtsjahr Frau Dipl.Ing. Jennifer Gangolf und Herr Andreas Faber bis 31.01.2011. Ab 01.02.2011 bis 06.11.2011 war Herr Andreas Faber alleiniger Geschäftsführer und ab dem 07.11.2011 waren Herr Andreas Faber und Herr Dipl.Ing. Andreas Filek Geschäftsführer.
