ANHANGfür das Geschäftsjahr 2012 der TBB Zenit GmbH, BADEN-BADEN I. Allgemeine Angaben Der Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2012 wurde nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften wurden die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes beachtet. Nach den Größenmerkmalen des § 267 HGB ist die Gesellschaft im Hinblick auf die Rechnungslegungs-, Prüfungs- und Offenlegungsvorschriften eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft. II. Angaben zu Bilanzierung und Bewertung Angabe der auf die Posten der Bilanz und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Die sonstigen Rückstellungen sind mit dem vorsichtig geschätzten Erfüllungsbetrag bilanziert. Alle bis zum Abschlussstichtag entstandenen und bis zum Tag der Bilanzaufstellung erkennbaren Risiken sind berücksichtigt. Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag passiviert. Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren angewandt. III. Sonstige Pflichtangaben 1. Gezeichnetes Kapital Das gezeichnete Kapital beträgt EUR 25.000,00 und ist voll eingezahlt. 2. Geschäftsführung Zu Geschäftsführern bestellt sind - Herr Vladimir Torlopov, Kaufmann, Baden-Baden, - Frau Irina Torlopova, Kauffrau, Baden-Baden. 3. Ergebnisverwendung Die Geschäftsführung schlägt der Gesellschaftsversammlung vor, den Jahresfehlbetrag in Höhe von EUR 4.173,79 auf neue Rechnung vorzutragen.
