Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne von § 267 HGB. Die Gliederung des Jahresabschlusses entspricht den Vorschriften des Dritten Buches des HGB. B. BILANZIERUNGS- UND BEWERTUNGSMETHODEN 1. Die Finanzanlagen werden mit den Anschaffungskosten bewertet. 2. Die Rückstellungen tragen allen erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen in Höhe der voraussichtlichen Inanspruchnahme Rechnung. 3. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. C. ERLÄUTERUNGEN ZU EINZELNEN BILANZPOSITIONEN 1. Verbindlichkeiten Die Verbindlichkeiten haben sämtlich eine Restlaufzeit von weniger als einem Jahr. D. SONSTIGE ANGABEN Geschäftsführung Die Geschäftsführung der Gesellschaft erfolgte im Berichtszeitraum durch Herrn Christian Lochner (Geschäftsführer). Der Geschäftsführer ist einzelvertretungsberechtigt und von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit.
