ANHANGI. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss Die Bilanz und die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung sind nach den Bestimmungen des Handelsgesetzbuches gegliedert Das Geschäftsjahr ist ein Rumpfgeschäftsjahr und daher nur eingeschränkt mit dem Vorjahr vergleichbar. Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen GmbH gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf. II. Angaben zu den Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Der Jahresabschluss zum 19. Juli 2012 wurde auf der Grundlage der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Dritten Buches des HGB aufgestellt. Im Einzelnen wurden folgende Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden angewendet: Die Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennwert angesetzt. Das gezeichnete Kapital (Stammkapital) ist zum Nennbetrag angesetzt. Die Rückstellungen für ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten sind nach vorsichtiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung gebildet und mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt und bewertet worden. Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag passiviert. III. Angaben zur Bilanz Die gemäß § 42 Abs. 3 GmbHG auszuweisenden Forderungen gegen Gesellschafter betragen zum Bilanzstichtag EUR 2.188,84 (Vorjahr EUR 988,84). Sie werden unter der Bilanzposition sonstige Vermögensgegenstände ausgewiesen. Der Bilanzverlust entwickelte sich wie folgt:
Die Gesellschaft ist bilanziell in Höhe von EUR 1.613,80 überschuldet. Die bilanzielle Überschuldung ist durch die von dem Alleingesellschafter abgegebene Patronatserklärung über EUR 4.000,00 abgedeckt. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen in Höhe von insgesamt EUR 600,00 betreffen Aufbewahrungs- und Jahresabschlusskosten. IV. Sonstige Angaben 1. Als Liquidator bestellt und im Handelsregister eingetragen ist Herr Manfred Tihme, Kaufmann, Bruchköbel. Der Liquidator ist alleinvertretungsberechtigt und von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit. 2. Angaben zur Liquidation Die Gesellschaft wurde mit Gesellschafterbeschluss vom 20. Juli 2012 mit Ablauf des 30. Juni 2012 aufgelöst und befindet sich in Liquidation. Die Eintragung der Liquidation beim Amtsgericht Offenbach am Main erfolgte am 16. August 2012. 3.
