Allgemeine Erläuterungen (1) Gegenstand des Unternehmens Gegenstand des Unternehmens ist der Buch- und Offsetdruck, Formularverlag sowie die Durchführung aller hiermit zusammenhängenden Geschäfte, insbesondere die Beteiligung an gleichartigen Unternehmen. Die Berichtsgesellschaft ist Komplementärin der D. Neveling GmbH & Co. Buch- und Offsetdruck, Formularverlag KG ohne Einlage. (2) Geschäftsführung Geschäftsführer der Gesellschaft sind: Frau Ursula Müller (Kauffrau) Herr Helmut Schumacher (Kaufmann). Sie sind alleinvertretungsberechtigt und von den Beschränkungen nach § 181 BGB befreit. (3) Rechnungslegung Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss ist entsprechend den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuchs in der durch das Bilanzrichtliniengesetz geänderte Fassung aufgestellt worden. Die größenabhängigen Erleichterungen für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften wurden in Anspruch genommen. (4) Jahresabschluss Der Jahresabschluss wurde am 05.08.2011 festgestellt. B. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz zum 31.12.2010 1. Die Finanzanlage ist mit 0,00 EUR ausgewiesen, da die Gesellschaft keine Einlage als Komplementärin zu erbringen hat. 2. Die Forderungen sind mit dem Nennbetrag angegeben. Die Rückstellungen mit dem voraussichtlichen Betrag der Inanspruchnahme angesetzt. 3. Die Gesellschafterversammlung hat beschlossen, den Jahresfehlbetrag in Höhe von 834,69 EUR auf neue Rechnung vorzutragen. Düsseldorf, den 05.
