Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2023 I. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss und zu den Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Allgemeine Angaben, Registergericht und Handelsregisternummer Die Gesellschaft ist unter der Firma GS Mobility GmbH mit Sitz in Düsseldorf beim Amtsgericht Düsseldorf unter der Registernummer HR B 57929 eingetragen. Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2023 wurde nach den Vorschriften der §§ 238 ff. HGB aufgestellt. Die Bilanz und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde in Anlehnung an die gesetzlichen Bestimmungen der §§ 266 ff. sowie 275 HGB gegliedert. Die Wertansätze in der Bilanz zum 1. Januar 2023 wurden unverändert aus der Bilanz zum 31. Dezember 2022 übernommen. Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne von § 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wird nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt. Die Bewertung der Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände erfolgt zum Nennwert. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle erkennbaren Risiken, Wagnisse und ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung in Höhe des notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages gebildet. Die Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. II. Sonstige Angaben Im Jahresdurchschnitt waren im Unternehmen 46 Mitarbeiter beschäftigt (Vorjahr: 43). Der Abschluss der GS Mobility GmbH ist in den Konzernabschluss der Gottfried Schultz B.V. & Co. KG, Düsseldorf, einbezogen, der beim Unternehmensregister veröffentlicht wird.
