ANHANG für das Geschäftsjahr vom 01.01.2017 bis zum 31.12.2017
1. Allgemeine Angaben
Die Schütt Optik Hamburg GmbH, Hamburg, ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft i. S. d. § 267 Abs. 1 HGB.
Der Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2017 wurde unter Anwendung der Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches (HGB) in der Fassung des Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetzes (BilMoG) und des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt.
2. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden
Anlagevermögen
Das Anlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.
Vorräte
Der Warenbestand wurde zu Einstandspreisen bewertet. Soweit voraussichtlich ein niedrigerer Verkaufserlös zu erwarten ist, wurden Warenbestände mit einem niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert bewertet.
Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände
Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände wurden zum Nennwert bilanziert.
Eigenkapital
Das Stammkapital beträgt EUR 25.000,00 und ist zum 31.12.2017 in voller Höhe eingezahlt.
Rückstellungen
Die Rückstellungen wurden in Höhe des Erfüllungsbetrages bewertet, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist.
Verbindlichkeiten
Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag bewertet.
3. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz
Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände
Sämtliche Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind innerhalb eines Jahres fällig.

Sämtliche Verbindlichkeiten sind innerhalb eines Jahres fällig.
Die sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten enthalten im Umfang von insgesamt EUR 0,00 (im Vorjahr EUR 0,00) Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern.
4. Sonstige Angaben
Mit Handelsregistereintrag vom 19.9.2018 wurde die Änderung der Firma in das Handelsregister eingetragen. Die neue Firma lautet Optiko GmbH.
Im Geschäftsjahr 2017 wurden die Geschäfte von den jeweils einzelvertretungsberechtigten Geschäftsführern Herrn Kevin Schütt und Frau Sandra Schiffer geführt. Mit Eintragung in das Handelsregister vom 19.9.2018 ist Herr Kevin Schütt als Geschäftsführer ausgeschieden.
Die Gesellschaft macht als kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 HGB von größenabhängigen Erleichterungen Gebrauch.
