Anhang Für das Geschäftsjahr 2023der ergosedia Office GmbHA. Allgemeine Hinweise Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss wurde gem. den §§242 ff. und §§264 ff. HGB sowie nach den einschlägigen Vorschriften des GmbH-Gesetzes und des Gesellschaftsvertrags aufgestellt. Die Berichtsfirma ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaften im Sinne des §267 Abs. 1 HGB. Die dafür geltenden größenabhängigen Erleichterungen bei der Aufstellung des Anhangs wurden in Anspruch genommen. B. Angaben zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung. Für die Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses sind die nachfolgenden Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden maßgebend. Die erworbenen immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände sind zu Anschaffungskosten vermindert um die lineare Abschreibung bewertet. Das Sachanlagevermögen ist zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und soweit abnutzbar um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die Vornahmen der planmäßigen Abschreibungen erfolgt unter Zugrundelegung der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer nach der linearen Abschreibungsmethoden. Alle Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind mit dem Nominalwert ausgewiesen. Der Kassenbestand sowie Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten sind zum Nennwert angesetzt. Es wurden anteilige Ausgaben aus der Zeit vor dem Abschlussstichtag, die Aufwendungen für Folgejahre darstellen, abgegrenzt und in den Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten eingestellt. Das gezeichnete Kapital ist zum Nennbetrag angesetzt. Die Steuerrückstellungen und sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen, sie sind mit den nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbeträgen angesetzt. Alle Rückstellungen haben eine Laufzeit von unter einem Jahr. Die Verbindlichkeiten werden mit den Erfüllungsbeträgen angesetzt. C. Angaben und Erläuterungen zu den einzelnen Posten Posten der Bilanz 1. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände Alle Forderungen haben eine Laufzeit von unter einem Jahr. In den sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen ist die Kaution für die angemieteten Räume enthalten. 2. Verbindlichkeiten Alle Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Laufzeit von unter einem Jahr. In den sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten sind enthalten Verbindlichkeiten:
D. Sonstige Pflichtangaben Im Kalenderjahr 2023 hat eine Gewinnausschüttung stattgefungen und den vortragsfähigen Gewinn entsprechend gemindert.
