AnhangA. Angaben zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung Die Sachanlagen werden mit den Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen, angesetzt. Die Vermögensgegenstände des beweglichen Anlagevermögens werden linear auf die jeweils geschätzte wirtschaftliche Nutzungsdauer abgeschrieben. Die Abschreibungssätze betragen zwischen 7,69 % und 33,33 %. Die Vermögensgegenstände des Umlaufvermögens werden mit den Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten bewertet, soweit nicht nach § 253 Abs. 4 HGB ein niedrigerer Wert zulässig oder geboten ist. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden mit dem Nennwert bilanziert. Erkennbaren Ausfallrisiken wird im Einzelfall durch Bildung einer entsprechenden Wertberichtigung Rechnung getragen. Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen. Der Ansatz erfolgte in Höhe des Erfüllungsbetrages, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung erforderlich war. Sonstige Risiken, denen durch Rückstellungsbildung Rechnung zu tragen wäre, waren bei Bilanzerstellung nicht erkennbar. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag passiviert. B. Bilanzerläuterungen Rückstellungen Die sonstigen Rückstellungen betreffen übliche Abgrenzungen für Rechts- und Beratungskosten sowie Kosten der Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses und der Steuererklärungen. C. Weitere Angaben 1. Geschäftsführung Geschäftsführer der Gesellschaft ist: Herr Günter Koller, Rechtsanwalt 2. Mitarbeiter Im Geschäftsjahr wurden durchschnittlich 14 Mitarbeiter beschäftigt.
