Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2014A. Anwendung des HandelsgesetzbuchesDer Jahresabschluss wurde auf der Grundlage der Bilanzierungs-, Bewertungs- und sonstigen Angabevorschriften gemäß der §§ 242 - 288 HGB sowie der ergänzend zu berücksichtigenden Vorschriften zur Bilanz gemäß § 42 GmbHG erstellt. Die Gliederung der Bilanz erfolgte nach dem Schema für große Kapitalgesellschaften. B. Bilanzierungs- und BewertungsgrundsätzeDie im Vorjahr angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze wurden unverändert beibehalten. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden mit ihren Nennwerten angesetzt. Soweit erforderlich, werden auf Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen und auf sonstige Forderungen Einzelwertberichtigungen vorgenommen. Darüber hinaus wird eine Pauschalwertberichtigung gebildet, die dem allgemeinen Ausfall- und Kreditrisiko Rechnung trägt. Die Pauschalwertberichtigung beträgt 1,00% des Nettoforderungsbestands. Forderungen, die voraussichtlich erst nach Ablauf eines Jahres eingehen werden, wurden entsprechend ihrer Fälligkeit abgezinst. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen sind so bemessen, dass sie allen erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen angemessen Rechnung tragen. Die Verbindlichkeiten werden mit ihren jeweiligen Erfüllungsbeträgen angesetzt. Bankfremdwährungsverbindlichkeiten werden zum Bilanzstichtagskurs umgerechnet. Die Fremdwährungsforderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen werden zu Stichtagskursen angesetzt, soweit sie nicht durch Devisentermingeschäfte gesichert sind. Die Fremdwährungsverbindlichkeiten werden ebenfalls zu Stichtagskursen angesetzt, soweit ihnen nicht Devisenforderungen gegenüberstehen. Währungsforderungen werden mit Währungsverbindlichkeiten und Devisentermingeschäften zu einer Bewertungseinheit zusammengefasst. C. Erläuterungen zur BilanzForderungen gegen verbundene Unternehmen Die Forderungen bestehen in Höhe von T€ 680 gegen die Konzerntochter K.D.F. Distribution (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. Die überfälligen Forderungen gegen die K.D.F. Distribution (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. wurden im Berichtsjahr unter Berücksichtigung des voraussichtlichen Eingangs abgezinst. Die Abzinsung beträgt T€ 10 (Vorjahr: T€ 52). Eigenkapital Der Gewinnvortrag beträgt € 1.000,44 (Vorjahr: € 1.000,44). Verbindlichkeiten Sämtliche Verbindlichkeiten sind innerhalb eines Jahres fällig. Die Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber verbundenen Unternehmen bestehen in Höhe von T€ 113 (Vorjahr: T€ 57) gegenüber der K.D. Feddersen Holding GmbH, Hamburg. D. Sonstige AngabenOrgane der Gesellschaft Geschäftsführer Herr Volker Scheel, Neu Wulmstorf, Kaufmann Herr Andreas Stuber, Bad Breisig, Ingenieur Außer den Geschäftsführern beschäftigt die Gesellschaft keine Arbeitnehmer. Konzernzugehörigkeit Die TRANSEURASIA G.m.b.H. Transit-Export-Import ist ein verbundenes Unternehmen der K.D. Feddersen Holding GmbH und wird in deren Konzernabschluss einbezogen. Der Konzernabschluss der K.D. Feddersen Holding GmbH wird beim elektronischen Bundesanzeiger eingereicht.
