Anhang 2010für die Firma westPOINT pfp GmbH1. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Der Jahresabschluß der westPOINT pfp GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten. Eine Anpassung der Vorjahreszahlen erfolgte auf Grund des Wahlrecht des Art. 67 Abs. 8 Satz 2 EGHGB nicht. 2. Entwicklung des Umlaufvermögens Die Forderungen wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet. Die Bewertung erfolgte zum Nennwert. 3. Rückstellungen und Verbindlichkeiten Die Rückstellungen wurden nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung angesetzt. Im Übrigen handelt es sich um kurzfristige Verbindlichkeiten. 4. Ergebnisverwendung Der Jahresfehlbetrag wird auf neue Rechnung vorgetragen. Geschäftsführer im Jahr 2010 war Herr Markus Mertens, Aachen Als Geschäftsführer bestätige ich den Anhang.
