Anhang der N2N Fashion Group zum 31.12.20111Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft i.S. § 267(1) HGB. Sie macht von den Erleichterungen des § 288 HGB gebrauch. Ein Lagebericht war gem. § 264 (1) Satz 3 HGB nicht zu erstellen. Die Gegenstände des Sachanlagevermögens sind zu Anschaffungskosten vermindert um die planmäßige Abschreibungen angesetzt. Die betriebsgewöhnliche Nutzungsdauer beträgt 3 - 5 Jahre. Von den Verein- fachungsregeln d R 44 (2) ESTR en und des § 6 (2) ESTG wird gebrauch gemacht. Die Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen und die sonstigen Vermögens- gegenstände sind zu Nominalwerten angesetzt. Erkennbare Einzelrisiken werden durch Einzelwertberichtigungen berücksichtigt. Die Rückstellungen werden in Höhe des Betrages der voraussichtilichen Inanspruch- nahme gebildet. Verbindlichkeiten werden mit Ihrem Rückzahlungsbeträgen angesetzt. II. Angaben zu den Bilanzpositionen: Die Forderungen enthalten keine Forderungen geg. Gesellschaftern. Die Forderungen haben eine Laufzeit von 1 - 5 Jahren. Das Stammkapital ist in vollem Umfang einbezahlt. Die Verbindlichkeiten enthalten Verbindlichekeiten geg. Gesellschaftern in Höhe von 182.296,62 Euro. Die Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern haben eine Laufzeit von mehr als 5 Jahren. Die restlichen Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Laufzeit von weniger als 5 Jahren. III.
