Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2014I. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze Der Jahresabschluss wird nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Der Gliederung der Bilanz sowie der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung liegen die Vorschriften der §§ 266 und 275 Abs. 2 HGB (Gesamtkostenverfahren) zugrunde. Das Anlagevermögen wird mit Anschaffungskosten vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen bewertet. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen werden gemäß der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer vorgenommen. Dabei wird die lineare Abschreibungsmethode angewandt. Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter werden im Jahr der Anschaffung vollständig abgeschrieben. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sowie Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten werden mit dem Nominalbetrag bilanziert. Rückstellungen werden mit dem nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Die Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag passiviert. Passive Rechnungsabgrenzungen werden mit dem Zahlungsbetrag angesetzt. II. Bilanzerläuterungen 1. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände Die Forderungen sind innerhalb eines Jahres fällig. 2. Eigenkapital Das im Handelsregister eingetragene gezeichnete Kapital beträgt € 25.000,00. 3. Verbindlichkeiten Sämtliche Verbindlichkeiten sind bis zu einem Jahr fällig. III. Sonstige Angaben 1. Arbeitnehmer Zum 31. Dezember 2014 hatte die Gesellschaft zwei Geschäftsführer beschäftigt. 2. Geschäftsführung Geschäftsführer sind die Herren Falko Steponat, Diplom-Wirtschaftsinformatiker und Christoph Halder, Diplom-Ökonom.
