Rückstellungen sind in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrags angesetzt und berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und Verpflichtungen. II. Erläuterung der BilanzForderungen und Sonstige Vermögensgegenstände Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände werden, wie im Vorjahr, sämtlich innerhalb eines Jahres fällig. III.
