Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände linear vorgenommen. Forderungen und Wertpapiere wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet. Die Steuerrückstellungen beinhalten die das Geschäftsjahr betreffenden, noch nicht veranlagten Steuern. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt. Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Gegenüber dem Vorjahr abweichende Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Beim Jahresabschluss konnten die bisher angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden im Wesentlichen übernommen werden. Angaben zur Bilanz Angaben zu Ausleihungen, Forderungen und Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern (§ 42 Abs. 3 GmbHG / § 264c Abs. 1 HGB) Gegenüber den Gesellschaftern bestehen die nachfolgenden Rechte und Pflichten:
Betrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit > 5 Jahre und der Sicherungsrechte Der Gesamtbetrag der bilanzierten Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als 5 Jahren beträgt EUR 25.954.312,72 (Vorjahr: EUR 26.637.900,59). Der Gesamtbetrag der bilanzierten Verbindlichkeiten, die durch Pfandrechte oder ähnliche Rechte gesichert sind, beträgt EUR 26.161.224,01. Angabe zu Restlaufzeitvermerken Der Betrag der Forderungen mit einer Restlaufzeit größer einem Jahr beträgt 2.828.227,01 EUR (Vorjahr: 2.382.749,40 EUR). Der Betrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr beträgt 1.680.731,70 EUR (Vorjahr: 1.222.530,13 EUR). Der Betrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit größer einem Jahr beträgt 27.012.554,45 EUR (Vorjahr: 27.354.669,22 EUR). Neben den in der Bilanz ausgewiesenen Verbindlichkeiten bestehen in Höhe von 1.800.000 EUR sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen. Es handelt sich hierbei um eine gegenüber der DKB Deutsche Kreditbank AG betragsmäßig beschränkte Bürgschaft für ein Darlehen der Tochtergesellschaft EYM Properties.
