Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf. II. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Das Sachanlagevermögen ist zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um lineare Abschreibungen (Nutzungsdauer 20 Jahre) angesetzt. Die Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen werden mit dem Nominalwert bewertet. Erkennbare Einzelrisiken werden durch Wertberichtigung berücksichtigt. Zum 31.12.2012 waren keine Einzelwertberichtigungen veranlasst. Die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind mit dem Anschaffungswert (Nominalwert) angesetzt. Die Steuerrückstellungen und die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen. Die Rückstellungen sind in Höhe des nach kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrags angesetzt. Rückstellungen mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr werden mit dem durchschnittlichen Marktzinssatz der vergangenen sieben Geschäftsjahre angesetzt. Es wird der von der Deutschen Bundesbank ermittelte Abzinsungszinssatz verwendet. Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag bewertet. III. Angaben zur Bilanz Die Entwicklung der in der Bilanz erfassten Anlagengegenstände im Jahre 2012 ist in der Anlage zum Anhang dargestellt. Das gezeichnete Kapital beträgt DM 50.000,00 bzw. umgerechnet € 25.564,59. Die Verbindlichkeiten in Höhe von T€ 10 haben vollumfänglich eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr. IV. Angaben zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt. V. Sonstige Angaben Im Geschäftsjahr 2012 erfolgte die Geschäftsführung der Berichtsgesellschaft durch die Geschäftsführer: - Herrn Prof. Dr.-Ing. Wolfgang Rehm, Hochschuldozent, Regensburg - Herrn Herbert Reiner, Elektroingenieur, München (Stellvertreter) Die Geschäftsführer sind einzelvertretungsberechtigt und von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit. Die Geschäftsführer sind nicht bei der Gesellschaft angestellt. Somit sind für das Geschäftsjahr 2012 keine Geschäftsführerbezüge anzugeben. Die Geschäftsführung schlägt vor, den Jahresüberschuss von T€ 134 ins neue Jahr vorzutragen.
