Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2023Allgemeine Angaben Die Evergreen Recruiting GmbH hat ihren Sitz in Frankfurt am Main und ist eingetragen in das Handelsregister beim Amtsgericht Frankfurt/M. (Reg.Nr. 125427). Grundsätze zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung/Erläuterungen zur Bilanz und GuV Die zu Anschaffungskosten aktivierten immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände werden linear pro rata temporis über die voraussichtliche Nutzungsdauer planmäßig linear abgeschrieben. Sachanlagen werden zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten, solche mit zeitlich begrenzter Nutzungsdauer abzüglich planmäßiger Abschreibungen, angesetzt.Die beweglichen Anlagegüter werden entsprechend der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer pro rata temporis linear abgeschrieben. Geringwertige bewegliche Anlagegüter mit einem Einzelanschaffungspreis bis zu € 800,00 werden im Zugangsjahr voll abgeschrieben. Ihr sofortiger Abgang wird unterstellt. / Sie werden im Anlagenspiegel des Folgejahres als Abgang dargestellt. / Nach der Abgangsfiktion wird ihr Abgang nach fünf Jahren unterstellt. Die Anschaffungskosten der Zugänge an beweglichen geringwertigen Anlagegegenständen mit Anschaffungskosten im Einzelnen von mehr als € 250,00 bis € 1.000,00 werden in den Sammelposten nach § 6 Abs. 2a EStG einbezogen und im Jahr des Zugangs und den folgenden vier Jahren linear aufgelöst. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind mit dem Nominalbetrag angesetzt. Erkennbaren Einzelrisiken ist durch Bildung angemessener Einzelwertberichtigungen, dem allgemeinen Ausfall- und Kreditrisiko durch eine Pauschalwertberichtigung ausreichend Rechnung getragen worden. Die flüssigen Mittel sind in Höhe ihres Nennwerts angesetzt. Ausgaben vor dem Abschlussstichtag, soweit sie Aufwand für eine bestimmte Zeit nach diesem Tag darstellen, sind unter dem Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten aktiv abgegrenzt. Bei Bildung der Rückstellungen ist den erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten angemessen Rechnung getragen worden. Sie sind in Höhe des notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt. Die Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem jeweiligen Erfüllungsbetrag passiviert. Angaben zu einzelnen Posten der Bilanz Zur Entwicklung der immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände sowie der Sach- und Finanzanlagen wird auf den Anlagespiegel verwiesen. Sachanlagen Die zu Anschaffungskosten aktivierten immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände werden linear pro rata temporis über die voraussichtliche Nutzungsdauer planmäßig linear abgeschrieben. Sachanlagen werden zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten, solche mit zeitlich begrenzter Nutzungsdauer abzüglich planmäßiger und außerplanmäßigen Abschreibungen, angesetzt.Die beweglichen Anlagegüter werden entsprechend der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer pro rata temporis linear abgeschrieben. Finanzanlagen Umlaufvermögen In der Position „Sonstige Vermögensgegenstände“ sind keine Beträge größeren Umfangs enthalten, die erst nach dem Abschlussstichtag rechtlich entstehen. Eigenkapital Das Stammkapital von € 25.000 ist mit dem Nennbetrag angesetzt. Sonstige Rückstellungen Die sonstigen Rückstellungen enthalten die Jahresabschlusskosten.
