Vorstehender Jahresabschluss wurde von uns auf der Grundlage der von uns geführten Bücher sowie der erteilten Auskünfte der Moldi GmbH erstellt. Eine Beurteilung der Ordnungsmäßigkeit dieser Unterlagen und der Angaben des Unternehmens war nicht der Gegenstand unseres Auftrags.

HGB bilanziert und bewertet. Erläuterungen zu den einzelnen Posten des JahresabschlussesDer Posten "Sonstige Vermögensgegenstände" beinhaltet Steuererstattungsansprüche gegenüber dem Finanzamt. Das Bankguthaben zum Stichtag betrifft das laufende Bankkonto. Für die Beurteilung der Finanzlage bedeutende, nicht in der Bilanz ausgewiesene sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen bestanden zum Stichtag nicht. Sonstige AngabenDer Jahresabschluss wurde unter Beachtung der Vorschriften des HGB und des GmbHG aufgestellt. Die Gesellschaft ist zum Stichtag an anderen Gesellschaften nicht beteiligt. Geschäftsführerin ist Frau Andrea Bauer, Norderstedt.
