AnhangI. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss Die Gesellschaft mit Sitz in Dresden wird im Handelsregister der Stadt Dresden unter der Nummer HRB 35300 geführt. Der Jahresabschluss für das Geschäftsjahr 2022 wurde gemäß den Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches für Kaufleute (§§ 242 ff. HGB) und den ergänzenden Vorschriften für Kapitalgesellschaften (§§ 264 ff. HGB) sowie den ergänzenden Vorschriften des GmbHG aufgestellt. Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf. Bei der Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses wurde von den Erleichterungen für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften teilweise Gebrauch gemacht. II. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Die Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses zum 31. Dezember 2022 erfolgte unter Berücksichtigung der Fortführung der Unternehmenstätigkeit. Im Einzelnen wurden folgende Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden angewendet: Das Sachanlagevermögen wird zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um lineare Abschreibungen (Nutzungsdauer zwischen einem und dreizehn Jahren) angesetzt. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden mit dem Nennwert bzw. mit dem am Bilanzstichtag beizulegenden niedrigeren Wert angesetzt. Die liquiden Mittel werden zum Nominalbetrag angesetzt. Der aktive Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten enthält Auszahlungen und fällige Ausgaben, die Aufwendungen für eine bestimmte Zeit nach dem Bilanzstichtag darstellen. Die Posten des Eigenkapitals sind zum Nennwert angesetzt. Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen. Sie sind mit dem nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Die Verbindlichkeiten werden mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. III. Angaben zur Bilanz Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände haben in Höhe von EUR 284.234,08 (Vorjahr: EUR 133.067,93) eine Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind in Höhe von EUR 148.611,13 (Vorjahr: EUR 118.401,66) innerhalb eines Jahres fällig. IV. Sonstige Angaben Im Geschäftsjahr 2022 erfolgte die Geschäftsführung der VICONA GmbH durch die Herren Thomas Konschak und Richard Hohme, Dresden hauptberuflich. Die Geschäftsführer sind einzelvertretungsberechtigt und von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit. Auf die Angabe der Geschäftsführerbezüge wird gemäß § 288 Abs. 1 HGB verzichtet. Im Geschäftsjahr 2022 wurden im Durchschnitt 4 (Vorjahr: 3) Mitarbeiter beschäftigt.
