Anhang für 2017Allgemeine Hinweise Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss wurde gemäß §§ 242 ff. und 264 ff. HGB sowie nach den einschlägigen Vorschriften des GmbHG aufgestellt. Es gelten die Vorschriften für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gegliedert. Vergleichbarkeit mit dem Vorjahr Der Jahresabschluss wurde gemäß dem Bilanzrichtlinie-Umsetzungsgesetz (BilRUG) aufgestellt. Ausweisänderungen waren nicht notwendig, so dass der vorliegende Jahresabschluss mit dem Vorjahr vergleichbar ist. Registerinformationen Die Gesellschaft ist unter der Firma Adrox GmbH mit Sitz in Krefeld im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts Krefeld unter der Nummer HRB 15872 eingetragen. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Für die Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses waren unverändert die nachfolgenden Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden maßgebend. Das Sachanlagevermögen ist zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und wird, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Bei den Finanzanlagen werden die Anteilsrechte und Wertpapiere zu Anschaffungskosten bzw. niedrigeren beizulegenden Werten angesetzt. Die Forderungen, sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände und liquiden Mittel sind zum Nennwert angesetzt. Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten. Sie sind in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrags (d. h. einschließlich zukünftiger Kosten- und Preissteigerungen) angesetzt. Verbindlichkeiten sind zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände in Höhe von insgesamt TEUR 5.453.378 (VJ: TEUR 5.829.858) haben in Höhe von TEUR 4.089.181 (VJ: TEUR 4.540.164) eine Restlaufzeit von mehr als fünf Jahren. Verbindlichkeiten Sämtliche Verbindlichkeiten in Höhe von insgesamt TEUR 4.105.849 (VJ: TEUR 1.179.188) sind innerhalb eines Jahres fällig. Sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen Es bestehen keine sonstigen finanziellen Verpflichtungen. Mitarbeiter Während des Geschäftsjahres waren durchschnittlich 4 Mitarbeiter beschäftigt. Die Bilanz wurde einstimmig festgestellt und genehmigt. zu Top 2: Entlastung der Geschäftsführung Der Geschäftsführung wird für das Geschäftsjahr 2017 Entlastung erteilt. zu Top 3: Verwendung des Jahresergebnisses Der Bilanzgewinn zum 31.12.2017 in Höhe von EUR 374.512,35 wird auf neue Rechnung 2018 vorgetragen Nachdem keine weiteren Anträge gestellt wurden, wurde die Gesellschafterversammlung geschlossen.
