Anhang zur Bilanz per 31.12.2011I. Allgemeine AngabenDie Sepios GmbH, Langenfeld ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt worden. II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden1. Anlagevermögen Das Anlagevermögen weist nur Gegenstände aus, die bestimmt sind, dem Geschäftsbetrieb dauernd zu dienen. Das Anlagevermögen wird zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige nutzungsbedingte Abschreibungen bewertet und über eine Nutzungsdauer von 3 bis 15 Jahren linear, bzw. für bewegliche Wirtschaftsgüter des Anlagevermögens, die nach dem 31. Dezember 2008 und vor dem 1. Januar 2011 angeschafft worden sind, degressiv abgeschrieben. Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter bis EUR 410 werden im Jahr des Zugangs voll abgeschrieben. Der ausgewiesene Sammelposten beinhaltet angeschaffte Vermögensgegenstände mit einer durchschnittlichen Nutzungsdauer von fünf Jahren. 2. Umlaufvermögen Bei der Bewertung der Gegenstände des Umlaufvermögens wurde das strenge Niederstwertprinzip beachtet. Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennwert angesetzt. Erkennbaren Risiken wurde durch Einzelwertberichtigungen Rechnung getragen. 3. Liquide Mittel Die Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten sind mit Nominalbeträgen bilanziert. 4. Rückstellungen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewisse Verpflichtungen mit den Beträgen, die nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung für ihre Erfüllung notwendig sind. 5. Verbindlichkeiten Die Verbindlichkeiten sind grundsätzlich mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Die Restlaufzeiten können den davon-Vermerken der Bilanz entnommen werden. 6. Ergebnisverwendung Das sich aus dem Jahresabschluss ergebende handelsrechtliche Ergebnis wird auf das Vorjahr vorgetragen. III. Sonstige Angaben1.
