Anhang zum 31. Dezember 2008I. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze Der Jahresabschluss wird nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Der Gliederung der Bilanz sowie der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung liegen die Vorschriften der §§ 266 und 275 Abs. 2 HGB (Gesamtkostenverfahren) zugrunde. Der Anhang wurde unter weitgehender Inanspruchnahme der Erleichterungen gemäß § 288 HGB erstellt. Die im Vorjahr angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden werden grundsätzlich unverändert beibehalten. Lediglich die Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber der Berdux Liegenschaften GmbH wurden als sonstige Verbindlichkeiten ausgewiesen, da zwischen den Gesellschaften keine Konzernverbindungen bestehen. Mit den Umsatzerlösen direkt zusammenhängende Kosten wurden als Materialaufwand erfasst. Die Vorjahreszahlen wurden entsprechend angepasst. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sowie die Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten werden zum Nennwert bilanziert. Rückstellungen werden mit dem Betrag angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist. Die Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag passiviert. II. Erläuterung zur Bilanz 1. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände Sämtliche Forderungen sind innerhalb eines Jahres fällig. 2. Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten Ein Teilbetrag von T€ 14 der Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten ist für Kautionszwecke verpfändet. 3. Verbindlichkeiten Sämtliche Verbindlichkeiten sind innerhalb eines Jahres fällig. III. Sonstige AngabenBilanzielle Überschuldung Die Bilanz zum 31. Dezember 2008 weist einen nicht durch Eigenkapital gedeckten Fehlbetrag in Höhe von € 20.191,15 aus. Diese bilanzielle Unterdeckung wird durch eine Patronatserklärung eines Gesellschafters abgedeckt.
