Allgemeine Angaben und Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Allgemeine Angaben Der Jahresabschluss für das Geschäftsjahr vom 1. Januar 2010 bis 31. Dezember 2010 ist nach den Rechnungslegungsvorschriften gem. § 242 ff HGB unter Beachtung der für für Kapitalgesellschaften geltenden besonderen Vorschriften der §§ 264 ff HGB aufgestellt worden. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Die Finanzanlagen wurden zu Anschaffungskosten bzw. zu dem niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert am Bilanzstichtag angesetzt. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennwert angesetzt. Erkennbare Einzelrisiken werden durch Wertberichtigungen berücksichtigt. Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen und sind nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung im für erforderlich gehaltenem Umfang gebildet worden. Die Verbindlichkeiten werden in Höhe des Rückzahlungsbetrages angesetzt. II. Bilanzerläuterungen Anlagevermögen Das Anlagevermögen ist im Anlagenspiegel wiedergegeben. Finanzanlagen Mit Vetrag vom 27. Mai 2010 wurde das Stammkapital der Asia Natur GmbH (ehemals Thetis Verwaltungs-GmbH) auf EUR 51.000,00 erhöht. Die Berichtsgesellschaft ist zum Berichtszeitpunkt zu 66,67 vom Hundert beteiligt. Mit Vertrag vom 31. August 2007 wurde die Firma Blue Orange GmbH gegründet. Daran ist die Berichtsgesellschaft zu 50 vom Hundert beteiligt. Eigenkapital Das Eigenkapital ist in voller Höhe eingezahlt. sonstige Rückstellungen Die Bildung erfolgte in Höhe der voraussichtlichen Inanspruchnahme. I II . sonstige Angaben Anzahl der Mitarbeiter Es wurden keine Mitarbeiter beschäftigt. Finanzielle Verpflichtungen und Haftungsverhältnisse Finanzielle Verpflichtungen, Haftungsverhältnisse sowie Verpflichtungen aus Gewährleistungsverträgen bestehen nicht. Geschäftsführung Als alleinige, allein vertretungsberechtigte Geschäftsführerin der Gesellschaft war im Geschäftsjahr die Kauffrau Xiaoping Meding, Frankfurt am Main bestellt. Sie ist von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit.
