Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss
Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze Die Sachanlagen werden zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten abzüglich Abschreibungen angesetzt. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen werden innerhalb der steuerrechtlich zugelassenen Zeiträume linear vorgenommen. Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter im Einzelwert bis 250,00 € werden im Zugangsjahr als Aufwand behandelt. Bewegliche Wirtschaftsgüter des Anlagevermögens mit Anschaffungskosten zwischen 250,00 € und 800,00 € werden im Jahr des Zugangs voll abgeschrieben. Vorräte werden zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden mit den Anschaffungskosten angesetzt. Die liquiden Mittel werden zum Nominalwert angesetzt. Das gezeichnete Kapital ist zum Nennbetrag angesetzt. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt. Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Angaben zur Bilanz Sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen Am Bilanzstichtag bestehen sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen aus Mietverträgen. Die Miet-/Pachtverträge haben eine unbefristete Laufzeit. Es gilt die gesetzliche Kündigungsfrist. Jährliche Pachtaufwendungen fallen in Höhe von 28.674,18 € an. Sonstige Angaben Durchschnittliche Zahl der während des Geschäftsjahrs beschäftigten Arbeitnehmer Im Geschäftsjahr wurden durchschnittlich 3 Arbeitnehmer im Unternehmen beschäftigt.
