Anhang 20131. Allgemeines Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss für das Rumpfgeschäftsjahr vom 19.09.2013 bis 31.12.2013 der GCA German Clinic Association GmbH, Düsseldorf, (bis zum 19.05.2014 GCA German Clinic Association GmbH) ist nach den Vorschriften des HGB in der Fassung des Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetzes (BilMoG) aufgestellt worden. Bei der Gesellschaft handelt es sich um eine Kleinstkapitalgesellschaft gemäß § 267a Abs. 1 HGB. Von den größenabhängigen Erleichterungen nach §§ 266 Abs. 1 Satz 4, 274a, 276 und 288 HGB wurde teilweise Gebrauch gemacht. Die Gesellschaft verzichtet gemäß § 264 Abs. 1 Satz 4 HGB auf die Aufstellung eines Lageberichts und gemäß § 274a Nr. 1 HGB auf die Aufstellung eines Anlagengitters. 2. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze Die Bewertung der Vermögensgegenstände und Schulden entspricht den Vorschriften der §§ 252 bis 256a HGB. Die Bewertung der einzelnen Bilanzposten richtet sich nach folgenden Grundsätzen: Die unfertigen Leistungen werden mit den Herstellungskosten bewertet. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände wurden zu ihrem Nennbetrag angesetzt. Wertberichtigungen waren nicht vorzunehmen. Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag bilanziert. Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen und wurden auf der Grundlage vorsichtiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung bilanziert. 3. Angaben zur Bilanz Die sonstigen Rückstellungen beinhalten die voraussichtlichen Kosten für die Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses zum 31.12.2013 sowie für die Steuererklärungen 2013. Die sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten beinhalten im Wesentlichen ein Auslagenkonto des Geschäftsführers (T€ 1,1) sowie Umsatzsteuerverbindlichkeiten (T€ 0,2). Sämtliche Forderungen und Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit von weniger als 1 Jahr. 4. Angaben zu sonstigen finanziellen Verpflichtungen Sonstige aus der Bilanz nicht ersichtliche Verpflichtungen lagen nicht vor. 6. Geschäftsführung Frau Julia Zavodnik, Erkrath 7. Ergebnisverwendung Die Geschäftsführung schlägt vor, den Bilanzgewinn in Höhe von € 5.395,81 auf neue Rechnung vorzutragen.
