AnhangI. Allgemeines Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss ist nach den Vorschriften der §§ 238 ff. HGB aufgestellt worden. Die ergänzenden Bestimmungen für Kapitalgesellschaften (§§ 264 ff. HGB) wurden beachtet. Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne von § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt. II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Erworbene immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände und das Sachanlagevermögen sind zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige lineare Abschreibungen gemäß der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer, angesetzt. Von der Möglichkeit, geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter gemäß § 6 Abs. 2 EStG im Jahr des Zugangs in voller Höhe abzuschreiben, wurde Gebrauch gemacht. Die Bewertung der Vorräte erfolgt zu Anschaffungskosten. Bei der Bewertung der Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen wurde, soweit notwendig, dem allgemeinen Ausfall- und Kreditrisiko durch eine Pauschalwertberichtigung in Höhe von 2% auf die Netto-Forderungen Rechnung getragen. Die Bewertung der Sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände und Liquiden Mittel erfolgt zu Nominalwerten. Verbindlichkeiten sind zu Nominalwerten angesetzt worden. III.
