AnhangA. Vorbemerkung Der Jahresabschluss zum 31.12.2012 ist nach den Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches (§§ 242 ff. und §§ 264 ff. HGB) und des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt. Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft nach § 267 HGB. Sie hat gemäß § 264 Abs. 1 S. 3 HGB auf die Erstellung eines Lageberichtes verzichtet. Von den größenabhängigen Erleichterungen nach § 288 HGB zur Aufstellung des Anhangs wurde teilweise Gebrauch gemacht. Die Gliederung des Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung erfolgt unverändert nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren (§ 275 Abs. 2 HGB). Im Geschäftsjahr 2012 werden die verpflichtenden Regelungen im Zusammenhang mit dem Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetzes (BilMog) für die Jahresabschlüsse, die nach dem 31.12.2009 beginnen, angewendet (Art. 67 Abs. 8 S. 1 EGHGB). B. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Das Sachanlagevermögenwird zu den Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und um planmäßige lineare Abschreibung auf die voraussichtliche Nutzungsdauer vermindert. Die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind mit dem Nennwert bilanziert. Einzelabschreibungen sowie Abschreibungen wegen allgemeiner und besonderer Risiken wurden, soweit erforderlich, vorgenommen. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen und werden mit den nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung erforderlichen Beiträgen angesetzt. Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag bilanziert. C. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz Sonstige Vermögensgegenstände Die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände haben zum 31.12.2012 alle eine Restlaufzeit unter einem Jahr. Gegenüber dem Gesellschafter, Herrn Josef W. Dahlmann bestehen Forderungen zum Bilanzstichtag in Höhe von EUR 3.818,90 (Vorjahr: EUR 3.818,90). Flüssige Mittel Unter den flüssigen Mitteln sind Bankguthaben ausgewiesen. Die Bestände sind durch gleichlautende Bankauszüge zum Bilanzstichtag nachgewiesen. Eigenkapital Das Stammkapital der Gesellschaft ist voll einbezahlt. Rückstellungen Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden im wesentlichen für Kosten des Jahresabschlusses und Verpflichtungen im Personalbereich gebildet. Die Pensionsrückstellung wurde aufgrund versicherungsmathematischer PUC-Methode gebildet. Es wurden dabei folgende Annahmen für die Berechnung berücksichtigt (§285 Nr. 24 HGB): durchschnittlicher Marktzins von 5,04% für eine Laufzeit von 15 Jahren, der von der Deutschen Bundesbank bekannt gemacht wurde Rententrend von 1,75% Richttafel 2005 G von Dr. Klaus Heubeck Der nicht passivierte Rückstellungsbetrag zum 31.12.2012 beläuft sich auf EUR 106.768,00. Verbindlichkeiten Alle Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit von unter einem Jahr. Eine Besicherung der Verbindlichkeiten erfolgte nicht. D. Organe der Gesellschaft Geschäftsführer der ESC GmbH war im Wirtschaftsjahr vom 01.01.2012 bis 31.12.2012: Herr Josef W. Dahlmann, Kaufmann, Eching am Ammersee München, den 10.12.2013 Josef W. Dahlmann Geschäftsführer Der Jahresabschluss zum 31.12.2012 wurde am 09.12.2013 festgestellt. |
