ANHANGA. Allgemeine Angaben Der Jahresabschluss der Gesellschaft für das Geschäftsjahr 2022/2023 wurde wie in den Vorjahren nach dem Handelsgesetzbuch unter Beachtung des Bilanzrichtlinien- und des Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetzes aufgestellt. B. Angaben zu den Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden 1. Die Sachanlagen sind zu den Anschaffungskosten abzüglich planmäßiger Abschreibungen bewertet. Bei der Bemessung der Nutzungsdauer stellten wir auf die betrieblichen Erfahrungen ab. 2. Die beweglichen Anlagegüter, deren Nutzung zeitlich begrenzt ist, sind grundsätzlich linear abgeschrieben. Geringwertige Anlagegüter mit Anschaffungskosten bis € 800 werden im Jahr der Anschaffung in voller Höhe abgeschrieben. 3.Die Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind werthaltig. Neben der gebildeten pauschalen Wertberichtigung sind keine weiteren Wertberichtigungen zu bilden. 4. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind zu ihrem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. C. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz 5. Anlagevermögen Die Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens im Geschäftsjahr 2022/2023 ergibt sich aus dem als Anlage diesem Anhang beigefügten Anlagespiegel. 6. Von den in der Bilanz ausgewiesenen Verbindlichkeiten im Gesamtbetrag von 386.131.61 € haben Verbindlichkeiten in Höhe von 225.131,61 € eine Restlaufzeit von unter einem Jahr und Verbindlichkeiten in Höhe von 161.000,00 € eine Restlaufzeit von mehr als fünf Jahren. 7. Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber den Gesellschaftern sind in der Bilanz ausgewiesen. 8. Der Gesellschafter Herr Walter Zellner hat am 14.5.2009 in Höhe von 100.000,00 € eine Rangrücktrittsvereinbarung abgeschlossen. D. Erläuterungen zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung 9. Gesamtkostenverfahren Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren (§ 275 Abs. 2 HGB) aufgestellt. E. Sonstige Angaben 10. Haftungsverhältnisse Aus der Bilanz nicht ersichtliche Haftungsverhältnisse haben am 30.9.2023 nicht bestanden. 11. Angaben zur Belegschaft Im Geschäftsjahr waren ständig 3 Angestellte beschäftigt. Herr Walter Zellner und Herr Axel Zellner waren zu Geschäftführern bestellt. F. Ergebnisverwendung 12. Die Geschäftsführung schlägt vor, den Jahresgewinn 2022/2023 in Höhe von 15.498,32 € auf neue Rechnung vorzutragen, so dass für das Geschäftsjahr 2022/2023 ein Gesamtverlustvortrag in Höhe von 131.032,58 € besteht.
