Allgemeine Angaben zur Bilanz Gliederung und Bewertung Die Gliederung der Bilanz erfolgte gem. § 266 HGB. Das Anlagevermögen wurde mit den Anschaffungskosten abzüglich Abschreibungen aktiviert. Die Abschreibungen erfolgen linear oder degressiv unter Berücksichtigung der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden anhand der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer ermittelt.. Soweit es sich um geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter mit Anschaffungskosten von € 150,00 bis € 1.000,00 handelt, wurde die steuerrechtliche Poolabschreibung gem. § 6 Abs. 2a EStG, oder im Fall der geringwertigen Wirtschaftsgüter bis € 800,00 sowie digitale Wirtschaftsgüter die Sofortabschreibung vorgenommen. Aus Vereinfachungsgründen und Gründen der Übersichtlichkeit wurde auf eine gesonderte handelsrechtliche Abschreibung und die Bildung latenter Steuern verzichtet. Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden zu Nominalwerten angesetzt. Das Bankguthaben wurde zum Nennwert ausgewiesen. Die Rückstellungen wurden mit dem Betrag ausgewiesen, der sich nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung ergibt. Sie beinhalten insbesondere Positionen für Steuern, Tantiemen, Beiträge, ausstehende Fremdleistungen, Gewährleistungen und Abschlusskosten Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit den Rückzahlungsbeträgen passiviert. Angaben zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren zugrunde gelegt. Die Gliederung entspricht § 275 Abs. 2 HGB. Außerplanmäßige Zu- oder Abschreibungen nicht vorgenommen. Sonstige Angaben Geschäftsführer sind Tobias Lindenau und Niklas Günther. Die Gesellschaft beschäftigte im Berichtsjahr durchschnittlich 14 Arbeitnehmer.
