Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2012A. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf. Erleichterungen bei der Gliederung der Bilanz nach § 266 Abs. 1 Satz 3 HGB wurden nicht in Anspruch genommen. Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss wurde unter der Prämisse der Fortführung der Unternehmenstätigkeit aufgestellt. B. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze Der Jahresabschluss ist gemäß § 264 Abs. 1 HGB nach den für Kapitalgesellschaften geltenden Vorschriften aufgestellt unter Berücksichtigung der Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches in der Fassung des Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetzes (BilMoG). Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung findet das Gesamtkostenverfahren Anwendung. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind zu Nominalwerten angesetzt. In den Rückstellungen wird allen erkennbaren Risiken sowie ungewissen Verpflichtungen ausreichend Rechnung getragen. Die in der Bilanz enthaltenen Rückstellungen und Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem jeweiligen Erfüllungsbetrag passiviert. C. Erläuterungen zum Jahresabschluss 1. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz a) Eigenkapital Das Stammkapital in Höhe von EUR 25.000,00 ist in voller Höhe eingezahlt. b) Rückstellungen Die Zusammenstellung der Rückstellungen ergibt sich im Einzelnen aus der Anlage II./1. c) Verbindlichkeiten Sämtliche Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit von ein bis fünf Jahren, davon mit Rangrücktritt versehen EUR 1.352.105,69 (Vj. EUR 1.287.719,70). 2. Sonstige Angaben a) Sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen Es bestehen keine sonstigen finanziellen Verpflichtungen. b) Angaben zum Geschäftsführungsorgan der Gesellschaft Geschäftsführer der Gesellschaft ist in 2012 Herr Veit Mauritz, Rechtsanwalt. Er ist einzelvertretungsberechtigt mit der Befugnis im Namen der Gesellschaft, mit sich im eigenen Namen oder als Vertreter eines Dritten Rechtsgeschäfte abzuschließen.
